CLARK MATERIAL HANDLING COMPANY COMPLETES NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER TRAINING SEMINAR

LEXINGTON, KY – (August 15, 2019) –  CLARK Material Handling Company, a top-ten global manufacturer of forklift trucks and spare parts, as part of its commitment to keeping dealership personnel up-to-date on the latest product innovations conducted a "National Service Manager Training" seminar at its manufacturing plant in Lexington, KY in late July.

The meeting covered a variety of topics including maintenance procedures on the CLARK S-SERIES and GTS Lift Trucks; as well as, the new OSQ  Task Support Vehicle. Additionally, attendees reviewed the CLARK Quality process and toured the manufacturing facilities – which assembles eight key CLARK products. The meeting closed with a discussion on the benefits and differences associated with internal combustion and electric lift trucks and the support policies and procedures associated with each.

"These ongoing and continuing CLARK education programs ensure that CLARK dealership personnel are equipped with the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to support CLARK products in the field," said Scott Johnson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CLARK Material Handling company.

In addition to the National Service Manager Training event, CLARK offers dealership personnel product  training throughout the year through in-dealership presentations, webinars, teleconferences and online events.

Combined with a robust catalog of sales training programs – capped each year with the New Equipment Sales Training event – CLARK is focused on giving dealership personnel all the tools necessary to succeed in today's competitive environment.

"As we continue to design and produce innovative and cutting-edge products, we also must deliver the same high-caliber training for our dealer personnel in order to ensure end-customers have the best and most thorough support possible," Johnson concluded.
