Position Objective/Summary:
Provide administrative and accounting support to the CLARK America Headquarter Operations. Perform a variety of accounting tasks, while following closely the standards of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Candidate wil obtain, review, and analyze financial, marketing, sales and distribution information from CAHQ affiliates. This position handles various company issues that have high sensitivity and levels of confidentiality that require tact, diplomacy, and good judgment. Prioritizing issues and duties is essential to ensure desired transactions are executed.
Essential Functions:
•Obtain and review, financial, marketing, sales and distribution information from CAHQ affiliates
•Obtain and report financial statements for CAHQ on a monthly basis to finance and C.E.O.
•Compile data, ensure accuracy, analyzing of the information to create reports. Will monitor all documents and report any trends to management
•Assist C.E.O. with all communication and monitoring of affiliates activities.
•Assist in developing and reporting, plans, budgets and forecasts from affiliates on a monthly and annual basis.
•Assist in communication channels among all affiliates.
•Compile and prepare various management reports and spreadsheets
•Work on special projects as assigned, coordinate and schedule various activities, including business appointments and meetings, working directly with executives of other divisions to coordinate such meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
•A degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the accounting field is required
•Ability to read and interpret finance and accounting information.
•Maintain neat and organized records.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software
•Strong analytical skills, and be detail-oriented.
•Must possess a strong work ethic, dedication, and be self-motivated to learn.
•Ability to work within strict deadlines.
•Must be a problem solver who is capable of working with confidential information.
•Must be able to multi-task and communicate with excellent written and verbal skills with various levels within the organization and with the affiliates located in the America’s.
•Must be able to travel occasionally
