CLARK Material Handling Company, as an essential business, continues to operate in support of its Dealers and end-user customers. The company has, in alignment with CDC recommendations, implemented policies and procedures to ensure the protection of its employees. We continue to assemble trucks, answer customer service and product support calls and ship finished goods per customary operations. In addition, our Regional Managers are available to remotely fully support our valued Dealer partners and answer any end-user customer inquiries.

The Louisville parts distribution center is open and stocked to support our Dealer network and end-user customers. To date we have not experienced any significant delays from aftermarkets parts vendors. We have developed contingency plans to address potential disruptions to our operation should they occur. We ask for patience and understanding in the event there are delays with the processing / shipping of parts orders. The CLARK parts distribution center is continuing to receive, pick/pack and ship CLARK aftermarket parts to its Dealer network.

The products (both trucks and aftermarket parts) assembled and distributed by CLARK are essential to the continued commerce of the United States, Mexico, Canada and Latin America and to support international efforts to overcome the coronavirus outbreak. Our teams of material handling professionals, both at CLARK and our dealer network are here to serve you. Please call us with any questions you may have.
