Dennis Lawrence, a native of Montreal, Canada joined CLARK in June 2005. A successful business executive with the Young An Company, CLARK's parent company, he has more than 30 years of management experience holding senior management positions with Young An in Montreal and Vancouver, Canada, Dallas, Texas and Bentonville, Arkansas. Dennis has led CLARK's resurgence with dignity and high moral purpose and with the support of talented and dedicated employees and dealers has grown CLARK’s position in the material handling industry.

Michael J. Grossman

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Michael J. Grossman is CLARK's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Joining CLARK Equipment Company's legal staff in Buchanan, Michigan in 1978, Michael has served as CLARK's General Counsel since 2000. He is a member of the Industrial Truck Association's Lawyers' Committee, having served as its Chairman. Michael was selected a "Top 50 Kentucky Super Lawyer" by Kentucky Monthly and is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company. A dedicated volunteer in the Lexington community, Michael serves as President of the Jewish Federation of the Bluegrass. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and the University of California.

Chuck Moratz

Senior Vice President Global Engineering

Chuck Moratz is a 1978 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York with a BS in Engineering and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University. He joined CLARK in 1995 as the Director of Engineering Support and then moved from engineering to become the Internal Combustion Product Manager. In 2003 he became Vice President of Truck Operations where his responsibilities included the opening of the new manufacturing operation in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2014, after serving for four years as Chief Operations Officer for North America, Chuck was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Global Engineering where he is responsible for overseeing and directing the company's worldwide engineering efforts.

Scott Johnson

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Scott Johnson joined CLARK in 1995 and is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for steering CLARK's North American new equipment and aftermarket parts sales organizations. Prior positions with CLARK include Vice President of Business Development, Director of Marketing, Director of Aftermarket Sales and Regional Sales Manager Trucks and Parts. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Scott currently sits on the Industrial Truck Association Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also a participating member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA).

Bo Maslanyk

Vice President Strategic Programs & Major Accounts

Bo Maslanyk is CLARK's Vice President Strategic Programs & Major Accounts. In this role, Bo focuses on sales growth with the company's strategic partners as well as with national and major accounts. Before joining CLARK in 2006, he held senior-level executive positions in Canada, Mexico, Central America and the United States. This included executive sales and marketing positions with Deere and Company as well as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for Komatsu America's Construction Equipment Division. Bo served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CLARK from 2011-2015.
