Five major product lines

Worldwide, CLARK has one of the broadest product lines in the industry with five major lines. Trucks ranging from 1,500 to 18,000 pound capacities, LPG, gasoline, dual fuel, diesel, narrow-aisle stackers, electric riders and powered hand trucks.

Parts Distribution

CLARK has state-of-the-art parts distribution warehouses in Louisville, Kentucky and Changwon, South Korea. The parts warehouses are centrally located to service all of CLARK‘s dealers and customers.

Your CLARK Dealer is your local source for all your parts needs through CLARK TOTALIFT®. Availability of parts through CLARK TOTALIFT®, covers over 120,000 items specifically built for 20 different brands of lift trucks and other industrial equipment.

Large dealer support networks

CLARK currently has one of the largest dealer support networks in the material handling industry in North America, boasting over 230 locations. We have over 550 locations worldwide with dealer representation in more than 80 countries.

CLARK continues to be an industry leader with innovative product development, including safety features such as the operator restraint system, pioneered by CLARK and adopted as a standard feature on all forklift trucks.

ISO 9001

CLARK, the first forklift manufacturer in the world to be certified in compliance with the internationally accepted quality standard ISO 9001 for all its forklift manufacturing plants worldwide. CLARK’s on-going commitment is to have the Number 1 Quality system in the industry.

ISO 14001

CLARK's Korean facility acquired its ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certificate in 2001. This places CLARK in a dominant position in the market to be prepared for any environmental restrictions.

Lean Manufacturing

CLARK adopted the highly successful and efficient system of "Lean Manufacturing" for its assembly plants, and has completed the transition of its Korean plant. "Lean Manufacturing" was developed to ensure the most efficient and effective method of manufacturing plant management and use of resources. COPS (Clark Optimized Production System) focuses not only on production efficiencies, but also on quality of product and services.

Through CLARK's new product development and value engineering program, product engineers and suppliers work together to minimize costs and, at the same time, improve the quality and efficiency of our products.
